Initial setup up of small local mine accommodation, including ordering of furniture, supervision of installation of equipment, interviewing potential staff including chef, cleaners, gardener, laundry.
Salaried position, must be flexible, ambitious and willing to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction and smooth running of facility. Previous experience in camp, motel or other accommodation essential.
Duties include, bookings, rostering, preventative maintenance checks, staff appraisals, HACCP checks, assisting in all departments, ordering, overall control of facility, financially responsible for budgets, billings and wages
This is a DIDO / Local position, no on-site accommodation offered.
