• Tertiary qualification in Accounting (essential).
• Working towards or completed CA/CPA qualification.
• Experience with D6365 or Work Pay is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficiency with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end processes.
• Solid understanding of Australian taxes, including income tax, thin cap, payroll tax, superannuation, GST, FBT, and workers' compensation.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced commercial environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to efficiency and accuracy.

• Prepare and manage all corporate general ledgers
• Maintenance of the Group’s lease portfolio within the lease management system
• Monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations
• Perform and manage AR and AP function for corporate entities
• Monthly reconciliation of intercompany balances and elimination of intercompany transactions
• Prepare monthly reporting packs for corporate entities
• Process and manage corporate cash flows
• Prepare quarterly BAS and monthly IAS for corporate entities
• Assist with the maintenance of the Australian treasury function
• Assist with preparation of half year and year end consolidation, statutory packs, cash flows & Aust financial statements
• Assist with internal audit function
• Assist with preparation of annual consolidated income tax return and corporate FBT return
• Assist with preparation of Aust compliance reports
• Assist with the preparation and analysis of the annual budgets
• Other adhoc duties as required.
