Work.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide efficient and professional administrative support to the team, including (but not limited to) word processing, data entry, preparation of reports, filing and general admin support.
Other key responsibilities will include:

• Performing accounting, administrative and personnel transactions and maintaining accurate records as per financial policy and procedure.
• Completing procurement, budgeting, inventory management, accounts payable & receivable functions in accordance with delegations, protocols and business processes.
• Coordination of manager and team’s appointments, meeting itineraries and travel requirements

Please note that whilst this role is a full time position, Sunwater would also potentially be open to Monday – Friday part time hours.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated administrative and office management experience, with a focus on providing high quality management support services. You will be experienced in developing and maintaining effective business relationships with key stakeholders. Your ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work effectively with a team environment will ensure your success in this role.
In addition, you will have:-

• Post-secondary level qualification in administrative/management fields (highly desirable)
• Experience with SAP would be highly regarded
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and experience
