The Role
This position will be reporting to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the following:

• Generating weekly and fortnightly invoice to different clients,
• Looking after a small-medium sized ledger,
• Run fortnightly staff payroll under managers supervision (uptil 100+ employees in busy period),
• Help in Data entry in Rostering and Xero software,
• Resolving discrepancies by liaising with customers and internal staff,
• Medium volume of daily debt collection calls and emails

Your Skills & Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or related field.
• Experience in Payroll and A/R role
• Ability to run Xero Software
• Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
• Special client focus to provide excellent service to business partners.
• Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of suppliers.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills.

Your Profile
To be successful in the position, you will be an energetic Accounts Receivable /Payroll Coordinator, and have proven experience in a similar position. It is important that you enjoy the challenge of Accounts Receivable within a diverse and complex industry. To enable you to hit the ground running a high level of organization, attention to detail as well as a sense of urgency will all be invaluable skills.

Contract length: 10 months
Pay: From $28.50 per hour
