Position Overview
Due to our current needs, this role is not open to RN’s seeking a pathway to be trained in cosmetic procedures / injectables or laser devices.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetic Nurse to join our dynamic team. This role is vital to our clinic's growth and will support the expansion of our skin and injectable services. The ideal candidate will embody our core values of integrity, care, and excellence in client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer cosmetic injections, including muscle relaxants and dermal fillers, ensuring safety and precision.
- Conduct initial consultations and follow-up appointments, providing exceptional care and support to clients.
- Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering rapport and loyalty with our amazing clients.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, techniques, and products to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and encouraging clinic environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (with no restrictions)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cosmetic injecting; experience in multiple dermal therapy modalities (e.g., skin needling, chemical peels)
- Strong understanding of skin anatomy, functions, and conditions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathize with clients.
- Proven sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and promoting services.
- Availability to work at least two Saturdays per month and one late night per week.
Desirable Skills
- Completion of a Graduate Diploma of Dermal Science or similar is preferred.
- A portfolio of 'before and after' photos to showcase expertise.
- Experience with laser treatments and a Laser Safety Certification is essential.
- Confidence in providing medical-grade skin treatments and performing facial assessments.
