- Salary from $78,720 - $82,842 plus 15.4% superannuation
The team
The Registry Interactions & Services (RIS) team sits within ASIC's Legal Services group.
RIS performs a range of registry support functions to ASIC's Registry Operations team and ASIC regulatory teams.
RIS is a key source of support to the Registry Connect Program to stabilise and uplift the ASIC registry services, as well as other registry-related projects.
RIS also provides a wide range of register support functions for the companies and professional registers, including compliance programs and transaction assessment and processing functions.
The role
As an Analyst, you will process documents, using legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines to make decisions and manage issues whilst providing a high level of service to customers and ASIC stakeholders.
You'll have the opportunity to assist in compliance activities, in drafting and updating reference material and providing support on law reforms, projects and business plan priorities.
The role is also responsible or actioning requests relating to managing the professional registers and maintaining data quality across ASIC's public registers.
About you
We are looking for someone with experience in analysing and considering documents against policies and procedures, resolving and managing a range of customer and stakeholder queries.
You'll also need to be great at working in a team environment, with effective communication skills and a collaborative approach.
