We are looking for new Admin/Data Entry Officer to support a high-profile State Government Client. This organisation is searching for a skilled candidate with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail. This job is a temporary position until 20th of December 2024 with real possibility of extension.
The role:

Duties & Responsibilities:
- As part of this highly engaged team, you will support the team's performance with various legal filing and admin duties.
- Processing court attendance sheets as provided by the lawyers, data entry into the ODCPL's case management system (Visualfiles) and processing of court outcome correspondence/emails to all parties;
- Actively reviewing and monitoring shared mailbox
- Reviewing Court Orders and diarising Court Events, dealing with and drafting responses to correspondence and managing enquiries from respondents, parties and participants;
- Assisting lawyers in managing legal matters by complying with records management requirements and maintaining the required file management standards.
- Previous 12-month experience in Data Entry, Admin or Legal field
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to multitask
- Full Australian work rights
