Purpose
The role is to work as apart of our fitting team and assemble Bonfiglioli’s products in accordance to the works order and company procedures. You will report to the manufacturing manager but be supervised by the foreman.
Key Duties and Function
· To ensure that assemblies are done in accordance to works order specifications and according to assembly practice.
· Maintain a clean and tidy work area
· To always promote the positive image of Bonfiglioli Transmission Australia.
· Ensure efficient use of company resources that will optimises profit for the company.
· Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to
· Work in a pressurised environment
· Work over time as and when required the contract will be based on a 40 hour week
· Assist within the paint area from time to time
Occupational Health and Safety
· “Perform all tasks in a manner that will not put yourself or others at risk of injury or illness”
· Comply with the requirement of Bonfiglioli’s OH&S Management system.
· Report hazards and assist with hazard control where required

Non Conformances
· Report non-conformances to the Procurement Coordinator so that further actions with Suppliers can be taken
Key performance objectives
· Interpret the works order requirements in order to assemble the end product in accordance with the customer specifications.
· Ensure that the assembly practice is according to Bonfiglioli Transmission Australian standards.
· Must meet deadlines and work under pressure
Requirement

• Education; Completed Year 10 School Certificate

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 – $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

• Overtime pay

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Preferred)
