We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The Assembler will play a crucial role in the assembly of pallets and related products, ensuring they meet our rigorous quality standards. This position requires a hands-on approach, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred.
• Familiarity with woodworking tools and machinery is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble pallets and other wooden products according to specified designs and blueprints.
• Utilize various hand and power tools, including saws, nail guns, and hammers.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on assembly tools and equipment.
• Report any defects or issues to the supervisor promptly.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.54 – $36.26 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
