About the Opportunity
Bankstown Hospital is seeking a compassionate and driven Assistant in Nursing to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Unit. If you are energetic, personable, and eager to make a meaningful impact, this is the role for you. Our team, guided by an on-site Clinical Nurse Educator, is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
In this role, you will play an essential part in discharge planning, helping to ensure smooth transitions for patients from hospital to home. What You'll be Doing
The Assistant In Nursing will assist the registered nurse and enrolled nurse with the planning, provision and documentation of patient care, working within the framework of the policies of SWSLHD, the Ministry of Health and the NSW legislative and statutory requirements.

Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital is located in the city of Bankstown and is in one of the most multicultural local government areas (LGA) in Australia. This hospital has tertiary affiliations with three universities and offers a range of roles and experiences to employees.
The hospital receives highly diverse presentations in ED as well as having general medical and surgical services and sub-specialty services across the hospital.
