Associate Director, Estate & Space Planning

You will be tasked with providing insightful options analysis and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:


  • Relevant professional background and extensive experience in leading and managing strategic space management, property/asset management and/or major capital programs in a complex estate environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role and in an organisation of similar size and complexity.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex estate and property data and accurately present space management outcomes and recommendations.
  • Proven influencing and negotiating skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to manage the expectations and interests of competing internal and external stakeholders. This includes excellent written skills, and the ability to engage with a wide range of audiences in written and oral skills.

Qualifications
Degree (and/or postgrad) or professional institute qualifications in Architecture, Uban Planning, Design or similar discipline or an equivalent combination of extensive relevant experience and/or education/training.
