As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing and midwifery services across a variety of health service settings. About You
We are looking for a dedicated Associate Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting the development of others in the healthcare setting. Your commitment to patient-centred care and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team will be essential to your success in this role.

• Qualifications: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with a current practising certificate.
• Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience: Competence in haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and training home patients, along with supervision of less experienced nurses.
• Knowledge: Understanding of relevant legislation, quality improvement systems, and contemporary nursing practices.
