As an Associate Trader, you will support our Sport trading teams in monitoring and adjusting prices for betting events and assist with the risk management of books.
- Manage daily betting events to keep things running smoothly.
- Approve customer accounts and betting requests to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Assist in managing risk exposures within established limits
- Keep a watchful eye on the events that customers are betting on
- Provide real-time updates and support to traders when unexpected developments occur
Your availability and willingness to embrace a flexible rotating roster, which includes nights and weekend work, will place you at the heart of the action while fostering work-life balance.
What You’ll Bring
You don't need experience in the banking and finance industry to excel in this role. What matters most is your enthusiasm and a few key qualities:
- Strong numerical skills that will make you a force to be reckoned with
- Excellent communication skills that allow you to shine in a collaborative environment
- The ability to process large amounts of information and make crucial decisions, all in the blink of an eye
- Great attention to detail, ensuring nothing escapes your notice
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
