What you'll do:
The Outside Broadcast Operator will play a crucial role in delivering precise and timely technical services for outside broadcast operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various outside broadcast facilities, including Cameras, audio equipment, lighting systems, record/replay machines, character generators, CCU apparatus, microwave links, and support instruments.
• Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the position.

What you'll bring:

• Building Trust and Teamwork: Ability to foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Decision Making: Capability to make informed decisions under pressure, ensuring smooth broadcast operations.
• Planning and Organizing: Skill in organizing equipment setup, broadcast schedules, and logistics.
• Stress Tolerance: Capacity to manage stress and perform effectively during live broadcast situations.
• Technical Professional Knowledge: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting broadcast equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as an Outside Broadcast Operator or similar role in live broadcasting.
• Technical proficiency in operating cameras, audio consoles, video switchers, and other broadcast equipment.
• Diploma or degree in Broadcasting, Media Production, or a related field preferred.
• Certification in broadcast engineering or relevant technical training advantageous.
• Familiarity with remote production workflows and IP-based broadcast technologies is a plus.
