The purpose of the role is to oversee the provision of security services at the site in line with MSS Security Standing Instructions and Site Operating Procedures (SOP's) and agreed service levels. This role is responsible to co-ordinate the day to day work of MSS employees at the site managing rosters, coverage, daily operations and KPI's as per the clients requirements. This role is responsible for staff compliance and training, liaising with client representatives to ensure optimal levels of service delivery and to provide ongoing support with continuous business improvement and change management.
About the role
An exciting opportunity currently exists for an experienced day Supervisor in one of our client’s monitoring center. You will have impeccable work ethic and positive attitude combined with high level of interpersonal skills to manage small team of experienced operators. You will be responsible for managing day to day operation including roster, staff recruitment and onboarding. The other responsibilities included staff compliance and training, liaising with client representative to ensure optimal levels of service delivery and ongoing support. Duties included but not limited are:
  • Provide leadership to the team of experienced operators in global monitoring centre
  • Manage day to day operation including management of roster, staff recruitment and onboarding,
  • Ensure adherence with client’s compliance requirements
  • Create and maintain daily and monthly reporting for a client
  • Ability to build rapport with the team as well as with client representative

Skills & experience
  • Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
  • NSW Security Licence
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
  • Ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screening
  • Ability to obtain an ASIC application - we will fund this application
  • Previous working experience in Security aviation industry and/or monitoring centre is desirable
  • Technical skills and ability to work across multiple systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experienced in supervising small teams
