We are on the hunt for a dynamic, forward-thinking B2B Paid Media Manager to spearhead our paid media strategies, take charge of digital execution, and deliver insightful analytical reports to shape our digital strategy. Reporting to the Senior Inbound Marketing Manager, this role is a key player in our team.
As a B2B Paid Media Manager you will be responsible for managing and fine-tuning paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Linked In, Meta, Google Ads, and cutting-edge demand-side programmatic platforms like 6Sense.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and practical execution to optimize campaigns and achieve measurable results. Ideally you will have a proven track record of managing budgets, improving ROI, and driving performance-focused media campaigns
What You'll Do
Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as 6Sense, Ad Roll, Linked In, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, and more.
  • Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and pacing to maximise ROI and meet performance goals.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance daily, using data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
Strategy Development:
  • Develop paid media strategies that align with business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Identify new channels and opportunities for campaign growth and optimisation.
  • Collaborate with the content, creative, and SEO teams to create cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Reporting & Analytics:
  • Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, platform analytics, and third-party tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Generate monthly, and quarterly reports on key performance metrics (KPI) and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Perform A/B testing and experiment with creative, messaging, and targeting strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work with internal teams (creative, content, and product) to develop campaign assets and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and new technologies to maintain competitive advantages.
  • Communicate campaign strategies, performance, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
We're excited about you if you have:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, particularly on ABM platforms, Linked In, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms.
  • Proven track record of optimising large-scale campaigns with multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Expertise in PPC, social media advertising, and display campaigns.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO), landing page design principles, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other optimisation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
