Current opportunity - Business Advisory Manager
Based in our Perth CBD office, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Advisory Manager to work within Nexia Perth's team. You will be well supported by our other service lines and provided with training and development, as well as career growth opportunities
This role offers the chance to manage a client portfolio comprising of individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships across various sectors and turnovers. You will lead a small team within a pod structure, working on a small group of more complex clients, while also working with our experienced Director group.
The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000 plus superannuation guarantee, dependent on experience and with some flexibility.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
- Manage, direct and monitor your team across multiple client assignments from necessary compliance work to advice, and value-add for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships
- Monitor financial performance, focusing on optimising profitability while managing budgets
- Maintain communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure deadlines are met
- Review all work before submission to Director for further review or finalisation
- Delegate work to both the Perth and India based teams and work closely with team members while training and mentoring as required
- Provide and analyse financial and non-financial information to assist clients to monitor performance, as well as offering value-add suggestions
- Lead client meetings and participate within team meetings when and where required
You will have extensive experience as a Manager in a Business Advisory/public practice environment as well as CA/CPA or similar qualification. Planning and organisation skills are crucial to success as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Lastly to truly succeed you will have problem solving skills and an ability to deliver high standard results.
