About the Position

As a Cafe All Rounder, you'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner whilst handling all transactions with our POS system. You must also be able to maintain a clean workspace in accordance with company hygiene standards, whilst assisting in the preparation of basic food and beverages.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and taking orders.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages.
• Managing stock levels.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
• Handling cash and card transactions.

Please note, this role is based at our So Ho St Leonards Cafe. The working hours are Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm or 7:30am-4pm.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will display the following qualities:

• Strong knowledge and experience of general cafe operations in a fast paced environment.
• At least 2 years' experience as a Barista is essential.
• Must be available on a Full-Time basis, Monday to Friday.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
