What you'll be doing

The Cardiac Concierge and Patient Support Officer seeks to provide excellent customer service and support for patients, families, staff, and visitors to the Heart Centre for Children, SCHN.
The Officer will be one that is patient focused and passionate about delivering a great patient and family experience every day.
Duties include greeting patients and families upon entry to the Heart Centre for Children, answering enquiries and referring to appropriate staff, coordinating appointments, gathering/entering/filing patient information, billing and general administration duties.
Experience within a customer experience environment is desirable, with health experience not essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanour

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

Initiative in improving processes and outcomes for patients/families

Ability to remain calm under pressure, particularly during difficult circumstances.

Demonstrated ability to work well within a team
