Job Grade
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring resolution before departure, and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Maintain a strong presence in the hotel lobby, assisting during peak periods and implementing meet-and-greet procedures for VIPs.
- Ensure teams, particularly Concierge, provide exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations, while keeping daily reports and logs updated.
- Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures, prioritising the safety and well-being of staff and guests, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective time management and ability to work well under pressure.
- Positive team player with leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Skilled in fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Current Western Australia Driver’s License – C Class (manual and automatic)
