Job Grade
Reporting to the Director of Rooms, in this role you will:
- Welcome and assist guests with luggage, room escorts and valet parking, while promoting hotel outlets and safety features.
- Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, mail, and amenity deliveries, maintaining professional etiquette and timely service.
- Support the Concierge team, addressing guest concerns, assisting with baggage storage and ensuring lobby tidiness.
- Train new associates and participate in training programs to enhance service skills and knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Positive team player, adaptable to changing situations and guest demands.
- Skilled at maintaining a calm and efficient approach in dynamic environments.
- Current Western Australia Driver’s License – C Class (manual and automatic).
