The Role
We are looking for multiple candidates to fill both Full-time and Part-time positions in this role.
Reporting to the Director of Rooms, in this role you will:

- Welcome and assist guests with luggage, room escorts and valet parking, while promoting hotel outlets and safety features.
- Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, mail, and amenity deliveries, maintaining professional etiquette and timely service.
- Support the Concierge team, addressing guest concerns, assisting with baggage storage and ensuring lobby tidiness.
- Train new associates and participate in training programs to enhance service skills and knowledge.
