About the role
Baptist Care Blue Hills is seeking Carers to join their team on a permanent part time basis, working 40 hours per fortnight. As a carer you'll get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts.

Duties will include

• Assistance with a wide range of person-centered care in accordance with care plans
• Assistance with medication and simple wound dressing
• Assistance with activities under supervision
• Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

Skills & Experience

• Have obtained Certificate III in Individual Support OR willing to complete
• A born listener, you’re genuinely curious to know and understand people
• Your care skills are driven by compassion, and your positive attitude is contagious
• You rally your team, even on challenging days, to problem solve, connect and overcome

Located in the heart of Prestons, Baptist Care Blue Hills Manor is a welcoming and homely aged care residence, offering 67 single bedrooms. located onsite with Baptist Care Blue Hills Retirement Village.
Co-located with Baptist Care Blue Hills Retirement Village, the home offers 24-hour, care and support to residents. Our support caters to all needs and requirements, whilst empowering residents to retain their sense of independence.
