Sustainable Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified carpenter to join our growing team to deliver sustainable Design & Construction solutions in Warwick, Yangan and the surrounding Southern Downs regions.

· You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience (at least 2 years above apprenticeship) beyond the trade, in all aspects of carpentry and as a carpenter.
· You are versatile and qualified, having a keen eye for producing high quality work and pushing boundaries.
· You have an interest in working with leading edge products and ideas as part of a team.
· You have a flexible can-do attitude to solutions with common problem solving.
· You are a self-motivated individual who is passionate about sustainability and committed to making a real difference.
Your Role:
This position is based in Warwick, Yangan and surrounding Southern Downs regions. We offer the opportunity to work locally on a range of projects and developments, with the ability to progress to leading hand/foreman, if so desired.
· You will enjoy the ability to have major input and take ownership of the diverse projects you work on.
· You will work on predominantly residential builds. Our work is diverse and offers a range of opportunities to contribute your skills and expand your experience, from Custom Homes to Retrofits.
· You will report to the Project Manager of the Sustainable Construction Team.
· Remuneration will include a generous base salary and progressive incentive scheme.
Role Requirements:
· You have a relevant Australian Trade Qualification with strong CV, good referees and at least 2 years experience on top of your carpentry apprenticeship.
· You must have your own reliable transport, valid driver's licence and hand tools.
· You have a professional outlook, good personal presentation, great communication skills and the ability to work in a team or unsupervised.
