Balmain Bowling Club is part of the St Johns Park Bowling Club Group and is currently seeking a Casual Bar/Gaming Attendant. We are looking for individuals who foster a sense of teamwork and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
This role would suit someone who is looking for stable shifts each week.
Availability:

• Available to work 3 shifts from 12pm to 5pm. Flexible with which 3 days depending on your availability.
• The Club operates from Thursday to Sunday and has seasonal peaks in functions throughout the year where the Club will occasionally open on Wendnesdays.

Club Trading Hours:
Monday to Wendnesday: Closed (Wendesday open depending on function period)
Thursday: 12pm to 8pm
Friday: 12pm to 9pm
Saturday: 12pm to 9pm
Sunday: 12pm to 8pm
Casual hourly rates:
Mon - Fri: $ 32.25
Sat: $ 38.70
Sun: $ 45.15
Public Holiday: $ 64.50
Main responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests;
• Effective replenishment of beverage products;
• Working as a KENO Operator;
• Cash handling duties;
• Poker machine maintenance;
• Resolving Gaming Floor enquiries;
• Preparing and serving simple hot foods items to customers.
• Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection and;
• General cleaning duties as required.

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Positive attitude and passionate about customer service
• Previous experience in a similar role
• RSA/RCG
• A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment and autonomously;
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• High standard of personal grooming;
• Excellent cash handling skills
