Casual Cleaner/ Laundry Assistant in Aged Care

We are actively seeking an experienced casual Cleaner/ Laundry attendant to join our hospitality team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our home in accordance with organisational policies and procedures, as well as Aged Care standards.
About You
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
- Aged Care or Hotel experience in Laundry/Cleaning is essential
- Good communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of good hygiene practices including infection control
- Knowledge of WHS work practices will be highly regarded
- Empathy for elderly residents
- Hold a criminal history check or the ability to apply for one
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 x 3 as per legislation
- Salary packaging options
Pay: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
- Overtime pay
- Cleaning/ Laundry: 1 year (Required)
- National Police Certificate (Required)
- Driver Licence (Preferred)
- Australia (Required)
