Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6.00 am and 6.00 pm

Pay: $34.62 - $38.99 per hour, based on experience

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.

About Goodstart Wendouree:
This is an intimate 60 place centre with an Exceeding NQS rating that is located close to local businesses such as Medical Centres, High schools and Shopping Centre. The centre director is passionate about growing her team and has extensive experience in the industry.

You’ll achieve this by:
Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
Engaging and supervising the children at all times
Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
