The Grounds of Alexandria is looking for its next gun casual receptionist / administrator / organiser of all things / expert at juggling multiple balls all at once!! We get busy on our phones across all of our venues and this job keeps everything moving smoothly and without a hiccup.
What is the role?

• You will manage all calls, reservations and enquiries across the Grounds Group.
• You will be responsible for answering calls and responding to emails while continually liaising with management.
• Tasks include organising gift vouchers, managing complaints, bookings, general enquiries and operating software such as Open Table.
• You are the rock of our office team and will be the glue that keeps us all operating at 100 %

You are passionate about working with people and going above and beyond to create exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint. You are super organised with amazing communication skills. You have a keen eye for detail, delivering accurate and consistent outcomes, and no task is too small for your attention.
Requirements will include:

• Experience in hospitality preferred but not a dealbreaker. You will need to understand table plans and booking systems across all our venues
• A minimum of two years in a high volume reception role
• Confident ability and exceptional first impression on the phone
• Overall strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Passionate about always keeping it friendly - it gets hectic!
• Accurate and consistent attention to detail
• Experience using Open Table a definite advantage
• Excellent English and communication skills an absolute must .

This role will require full availability across Christmas and New Year ( excluding Christmas Day and New Years Day) weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $31.00 – $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
