Bearish Sydney is Sydney’s dedicated creative studio where everyone is able to get creative and bring artworks to life, without it costing an arm and a leg. We are located at 160 Bourke Road, Alexandria, 2015, NSW. We currently specialise in fluid art on canvases and blank sculpture bears, where customers are able to book online for personal guided sessions.
We are looking to expand the team and hiring a casual team member to be a part of the family! We are looking for people that have a keen eye for design and are interested in looking for marketing and design experience.
About You:
You are responsible, proactive, and super outgoing towards everyone. You have a passion interacting with people, design and marketing. You love creating an environment where people are able to catch up in person and bring art to life.
Responsibilities:

• Running guided fluid bear sessions
• Aiding guests in creative design
• Assisting with marketing initiatives and coming up with campaigns
• Producing content on a weekly basis
• Taking content that is engaging for future customers
• Operate POS register to complete customer transactions
• Greeting guests and organising bear pickups.
• Ensuring a neat, tidy and safe environment for customers.

Requirements:

• A team player with a positive can-do attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Quick and adaptable learner
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and experience in customer service roles
• Outgoing and confident
• Accountable in upholding high standards
• Able to commute to Corporate Park - Alexandria - Ideally via car.
