Casual Theatre Operator Entry - Customer Experience

City of Parramatta have exciting casual opportunities working as Customer Theatre Operators at Riverside Theatres.
About the role
Customer experience is pivotal to ensure Riverside Theatres are maintained as a centre of excellence for performing arts, events and exhibitions in Parramatta and Western Sydney. The Customer Theatre Operators is responsible for providing moderate to direct supervision, a high level of customer service to Riverside Theatres stakeholders including patrons, customers, hires and producers.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high level customer service to all stakeholders ensuring all guests are greeted face-to-face in a polite and friendly manner.
Undertake food and beverage service, usher and box office team as per roster and operational requirements.
Promote theatre programs, shows and services.
Ensure accurate and correct sales and cash handling procedures are always followed.

About You
We are looking for someone with:

Responsible service of alcohol certificate
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 15kg.
Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Proven ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure, supported by strong organisation and time management skills.
Previous experience in food and beverage operations is desirable

What’s on offer
We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $33.22 p/h (including 25% Casual Loading) + 11.5% Superannuation & Penalties
