- Corporate multi-site culinary role
The Position
- Providing leadership support to Head Chefs delivering exceptional catering service across corporate sites in the CBD
- Assist with stock control, budgets, rostering, staff mentoring & training
- Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved
- Ensuring all catering controls are in place and wastage is kept to the minimum
- Strong emphasis on modern, wellbeing, inspired menus with a focus on visual presentation.
- Maintain efficient operations across multi services and liaising with multiple clients and key stakeholders across the business
- Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery or above
- Experience at Sous Chef level in a corporate catering or high end functions environment
- Attention to detail and great time management
- Comfortable working across multiple sites in the Sydney CBD where required
- Have a genuine passion for using sustainable practices and local produce
- A high level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365
- Experience in HACCP, food safety and infection control
