About the Role:
Tresillian is currently recruiting for a dynamic new Chief Operating Officer (COO) role. The COO is responsible for the corporate management; quality and safety; information technology; and financial services for the organisation. The COO is a key member of the Executive team accountable for organisation wide portfolios in several different states and territories.

Key Success Factors for the Role:

• Maintain a robust governance and risk framework and infrastructure oversight.

• Achieve accreditation status against the ACHS accreditation National Standards; and, as a minimum, achieve ‘Meeting National Quality Standards’ as per the National Quality Framework and Standards for the Early Childhood Education and Care Sector.

• Development of a digital strategy to improve efficiency of information management and communications across Tresillian.

Selection Criteria:
Applicants must address the Selection Criteria :
1) Tertiary Qualifications in health administration, business administration or a related discipline.
2) Extensive experience in a leadership role of a complex organisation or department.
9) Current NSW Drivers Licence Class C.
