We are looking for energetic team players who have a keen interest in joining our Company in the lead up to and during the holiday season as fixed term Christmas Casual Sales Professionals. We are looking for team players that:

• Can provide genuine customer service experiences to our customers.
• Are results oriented and love selling.
• Have an ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment, both on their own and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring displays are re-freshed.
• Can work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays, including Boxing Day 2024.

What you will be doing:

• Offering professional and personalised service for our customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires, at the busiest time of the year.
• Completing in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
• Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping.
