Chef Alessandro Pavoni and team are launching Cibaria Manly, your new go-to for mouthwatering Italian delights! Picture cozy wine bar vibes, antipasti that’ll make you say “mamma mia,” pizzas that are delicious, fresh pasta, and mouth-watering gelato.
We’re on the lookout for experienced Section Waiters to join our team in our massive 350-capacity venue!

Essential Requirements:

• Australian working rights
• Current NSW RSA certificate
• Knowledge of wine and food pairing (let’s wine about it!)
• Fluent English skills
• Formal hospitality qualifications
• Up to 2 years of experience in a premium dining setting
• A cheerful attitude towards customer service and teamwork

Nice to Have:

• Completed formal hospitality studies
• A love for Italian food and wine (you're saucy!)
• Experience with food & wine pairings
• Familiarity with reservation systems like Seven Rooms
• Speaking Italian? That's amore!

Your Role:

• Own your section and ensure every guest has a great dining experience
• Prep the restaurant for service, keeping your area stocked and spotless
• Manage orders using our Micros POS system
• Share menu recommendations and our food philosophy with guests (chefs kiss!)
• Take accurate orders and check for any dietary needs
• Communicate openly with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Follow up with guests to ensure everything is bellissimo
• Handle bills and payments like a pro

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with tableside service (let's impress the guests!)
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine (you’ll fit right in!)
• Familiarity with Italian wines, spirits, and liqueurs
