Rock Sugar is looking for experienced wait staff who can handle a section, serve with a smile & deliver a high standard of customer service. We host lots of functions in our private area and are looking for someone to co-ordinate these events.

What's on offer?
3-4 shifts per week available (evening shifts), approximately 15-20 hours per week. Must be available on Fridays & Saturdays (no late nights required). Additional hours do pop up if extra shifts are desired.
A typical roster:
Friday: 5:30pm-10:30pm/11pm
Saturday: 5pm-11pm (possibly saturday lunch if events are booked)
Weeknight shifts: 6:30pm-9:30pm/10pm
Our ideal candidate has experience in managing a section, someone who is super organised and able to multi-task but most importantly has a strong team focus. We have a close knit team at Rock Sugar with very low staff turnover.
Duties Include: Managing a section/co-ordinating any event bookings
Engaging with customers
Taking orders, running food/drink orders, taking payments

RSA certificate and previous experience managing a section is essential. Events experience highly desirable.
