DHL Express Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Clearance Support Agent to join our Customs team. We are accepting candidates from Sydney.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Facilitate the clearance of DHL shipments by communicating the clearance requirements with customers if any discrepancies preventing the successful clearance of these shipments.
Coordinate with the customer to obtain the necessary shipment information and documents to successfully clear the shipments through the regulatory agencies when the existing information or documents are insufficient.
Validate and/or correct the data elements in shipment records to ensure they are the approved format and structure acceptable to the regulatory agencies and systems.
Receive and make timely contact with customers using all forms of communication and assist with pre- and post-clearance resolution.
Full time shifts are:
- Thursday, Friday, & Saturday
- 11:00 - 19:00
Part time shifts are:
- Tuesday - Saturday
- 12:00 - 20:00

Problem Solving & Decision making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good reporting, data analysis & Microsoft Office skills
Great attention to detail
