• Working with the relevant Managers to proactively manage practice groups in alignment with the Transaction and Advisory Stream's strategic objectives
• Project management of, and drafting of tenders
• Identifying, planning and executing market-leading client engagement opportunities
• Identifying opportunities, emerging products and service areas and market development opportunities and working to pursue these
• Collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders to develop and manage client relationships
• Working on other business critical projects across the business
• Communicating the vision and purpose of C&M within the firm to heighten its understanding of the role of C&M as trusted advisers.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (either business or legal) coupled with legal/business development experience gained ideally from a professional services environment
• Strong tender management skills and a proactive and pragmatic style
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to build rapport to influence, persuade and negotiate outcomes
• highly disciplined with the ability to prioritise and manage a range of complex tasks in a deadline driven environment.
• Agility and proactivity, a connector and collaborator who works effectively within large team
