We are a national franchise brand with our Head Office located in Blackburn. We are looking for a Customer Service professional with at least 2 years of experience in making phone call credit collections.
The successful applicant must be self-motivated and have previous experience in handling high-volume, low-dollar-value account transactions within a corporate environment. Experience with Written Off / Bad Debt is essential.
You should also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to think laterally, an authoritative yet sympathetic phone manner, and be a team player.
Ideally, you should have gained extensive experience in a telesales environment, but is not mandatory.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Everyday making of outbound collection phone calls to customers
- Flexible work hours - until 8pm
- Assessing and negotiating repayment options with customers
- Managing your own time professionally
- Ability to work file notes within our ERP
- Ability to monitor overdue accounts
- Liaising with internal sales and operational staff
- Ability to work as a team member to achieve team goals
