As a Funds Collections Officer, you'll help manage overdue accounts and guide clients back on track with their payments.
Key Responsibilities:
This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
- Hourly Rate: $36.50 + Super
- Start Date: Immediate
- Position: Temporary (Assignment duration up to 5 months, potential for permanency)
- Anticipated Hours: 37 per week
- Location: Norwood, Adelaide
As a Funds Collections Officer, you'll help manage overdue accounts and guide clients back on track with their payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to discuss overdue payments and negotiate plans.
- Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers throughout the collections process.
- Problem Solving: Identify client behavior trends and propose solutions to help manage arrears.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve complex collections issues.
