We are recruiting for a Client Communication Officer to join our Business Development Centre. This position will be based in our Burwood dealership.
Contact Centre: The voice of the business - managing inbound & outbound calls, sales enquiries, internet leads, emails, live chat, customer retention, customer service. Currently a Multi-channel contact centre soon to undergo a digital transformation to Omni-channel.

What the role entails:
- Interacting with a high volume of customers
- Performing switchboard and reception-based phone functions
- Providing an exceptional level of customer experience
- Various ad-hoc administration-based functions
