Seasons5 is a 38 room resort style Hotel located in Point Cook. We have been offering Wedding Ballrooms, Chapel, Restaurant & Bar, Day Spa and conference facilities for our loyal customer base for over 6 years and we're in need of an experienced Conference & Events Sales Executive to join us
About You.

• Be able to maximise opportunities within the competitor set and drive sales activity to achieve and exceed conference budget targets.
• Have significant experience in executing larger events/weddings etc
• Develop new Corporate Conference Booker and PCO relationships to drive new business.
• Be able to work in the operations to ensure events are executed to a high standard.
• Conduct site inspections, presentations and familiarisation tours to existing and potential clients with the intention to secure new business.
• Qualification, preparation and delivery of proposals, plan and manage client events in conjunction with manager
• Follow up quotations, finalise and construct accurate event orders and all relevant event/conference/group documentation.
• Facilitate communication between clients and operational departments.
• Arrange pre conference meetings for large events with client & hotel prior to event arrival
• Participate in weekly banquet event order meeting.
• Continual drive to improve departmental efficiencies whilst growing the business.
• Account reconciliation; monitor and report any issues relating to processing of deposits and payments for the team.

• Exposure to Sales Force, Delphi, Ivvy or similar conference booking software
• Experience in Wedding co-ordination and/or banquet operations experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $59,971.99 – $80,173.59 per year

• Conference Weddings: 3 years (Preferred)
