About the Role

We have an opportunity available for a Configuration Coordinator Lead to join our transport division. This will be offered as a permanent, full-time position based at our office in Rockdale, NSW

Reporting directly to the Payroll Network Needs Manager, you will be responsible assisting the Configuration Manager and coordinate all configuration activities on the contract. They will update all Configuration items and ensure effective communication and collaboration with the relevant stakeholders involved in the process.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating Configuration activities as per the approved Management Plan and relevant Tf NSW standards.
Responsible for updating Configuration activities on the relevant management system.
Record meeting minutes of all Network Assurance Committee meetings, and coordinating between various teams to ensure that Configuration Activities are being assigned to the relevant stakeholder and being closed out in a timely manner.
Maintaining the data and providing suggestions in how the configuration management can be improved.
Identify improvements in record keeping capabilities to meet internal and external requirements.
Assist the Configuration Manager in the response of Asset Management Briefs (AMB) , including the coordination of pricing, forecasting of tactical works for the assets, and communication and handover of the AMB requirements to various stakeholders in Connect Sydney.
Providing timely reports to the Configuration Manager of key project deliverables
Development and implementation of training to users when required.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with the key stakeholders.
Promote open and transparent communication as appropriate to encourage understanding of all stakeholder requirements and drivers

About You:

Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering desirable
Understanding of Quality Assurance processes relevant to Specifications, Standards in Construction and/or Engineering
Understanding of Asset Management principles desirable
Excellent analytical skills – understanding of data standards, database structures and how they operate.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience in process analysis and documentation.
Results driven, ability to meet deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work within a team environment.
