Phone Bookings Service provides professional reservation management services and offsite functions coordination services to a range of Australian venues. We pride ourselves on professional communications, meticulous processes and delivering efficient solutions to our clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will provide telephone, email and other customer service support on behalf of our clients, including:

• For our restaurant clients, managing/optimising reservations; and
• Coordinating functions

AVAILABILITY
Our service hours are currently 10am-9pm AEST Thursday to Saturday and 10am-7pm on Sunday to Wednesday. This is a casual position with 22.5-38 hours per week currently available. We ask that you be available at a minimum of Mondays and Saturdays.
The applicant can be located anywhere within Australia.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• MUST HAVE Adequate experience in functions/events management in the hospitality sector.
• Sound restaurant experience, preferably including work in hatted venues.
• Professional communications skills, including a great phone manner.
• Proficiency with technology, including an aptitude for learning new platforms.
• Managing reservations using an online system.
