Travel Coordinator

We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Pay: $58,738.19 – $96,926.64 per year

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and tours.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Research and recommend travel options that align with clients' requirements, ensuring the best value and experience.
- Book and confirm travel reservations, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and provide clients with necessary travel documents.
- Handle changes, cancellations, and any issues that arise during travel, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure the best deals and services.
- Keep up-to-date with travel industry trends, regulations, and destination information.
- Manage travel budgets, track expenses, and provide clients with detailed cost estimates and invoices.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in travel and tourism is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a travel coordination, travel agent, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., GDS) and online reservation platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Passion for travel and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Australia (Preferred)
