Travel Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
- Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences, budgets, and needs.
- Research and stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry news to provide clients with the best options.
- Handle travel-related inquiries and resolve any issues or changes that may arise before or during trips.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel documents are accurate and complete.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with travel suppliers and partners to secure the best deals and offers for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information using company systems.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., GDS) and online reservation platforms.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling travel arrangements.
- Passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping others experience the world.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Pay: $42,760.00 – $84,057.30 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Australia (Preferred)
