ACCURATUS TRAVEL is a well-established travel agency dedicated to creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team and help our clients plan their perfect trips.
Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences, budgets, and needs.
Research and stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry news to provide clients with the best options.
Handle travel-related inquiries and resolve any issues or changes that may arise before or during trips.
Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel documents are accurate and complete.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with travel suppliers and partners to secure the best deals and offers for clients.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information using company systems.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., GDS) and online reservation platforms.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling travel arrangements.
Passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping others experience the world.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,760.00 – $84,057.30 per year
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
