Construction Project Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Analyse and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide the construction process and ensure adherence to design and engineering standards.
- Organize and manage the procurement and delivery of materials, plant, and equipment.
- Efficiently coordinate labour resources to ensure that construction activities are carried out as scheduled and meet project milestones.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and financial reporting.
- Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor services, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address potential issues or deviations from the project plan.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external parties.
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal impact on project outcomes.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Prepare and manage the submission of project plans to local authorities, ensuring all necessary approvals and permits are obtained.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and industry regulations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience within the industry.

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
