Job description
Our company is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager based in Sydney. The role involves overseeing major civil construction projects across New South Wales and South Australia. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project management within the civil construction industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and professional development.
Client Relations: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure project satisfaction.
Budget and Schedule Oversight: Ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.
Safety and Compliance: Leading the implementation of safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
Solid understanding of budget management, cost control, and project scheduling.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
More than 5 year's experience
