• Proactively sourcing in-demand senior in-house lawyers and overseeing their recruitment process to our talent pool.
• Using your organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure all talent processes, onboarding, and ongoing compliance are met.
• Delivering monthly and annual reporting on the talent pipeline and talent pool for the Flex business nationally.
  
  

• Prior experience in a professional services or legal environment – ideally, with legal or interim executive recruitment experience.
• A strong, proactive candidate focus.
• A positive attitude and internal drive to achieve results.
• Ability to liaise firmly and fairly with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in bringing talent into a business, or resourcing in a competitive market.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to undertake administrative tasks efficiently.
