Job Description

KPMG Australia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our team in Sydney. This entry-level role will focus on data cleansing and support testing for our HR system transformation project. Desirable if the candidate will have 1 years of experience in any corporate.
Key Responsibilities: Below some key responsibilities for this role, however the responsibilities may change as our HR system transformation evolves.

Data Integrity Checks: Perform data integrity checks across multiple P&I systems such as SAP, Smart Recruiters, Culture Amp, and SAP Success Factors.
SAP HRIS Project Support: Assist with an exciting SAP HRIS project, focusing on data cleansing, identifying data quality issues, and providing resolutions during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Talent Acquisition Support: Support in checking and validating talent acquisition data.
Ad-Hoc Reporting: Support the wider People & Inclusion team with various ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Qualifications

Experience: Entry level role (0-1 year)
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey insights and collaborate with various teams.
