Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Below some key responsibilities for this role, however the responsibilities may change as our HR system transformation evolves.
- Data Integrity Checks: Perform data integrity checks across multiple P&I systems such as SAP, Smart Recruiters, Culture Amp, and SAP Success Factors.
- SAP HRIS Project Support: Assist with an exciting SAP HRIS project, focusing on data cleansing, identifying data quality issues, and providing resolutions during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Talent Acquisition Support: Support in checking and validating talent acquisition data.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting: Support the wider People & Inclusion team with various ad-hoc reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Entry level role (0-1 year)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey insights and collaborate with various teams.
