3rd Party Containers (3PC) is seeking motivated and skilled Forklift Operators and Container Loaders/Unloaders to join our growing team. If you are motivated, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Shift Times:
We have a range of shifts for you to choose from

• 5.30am – 1.30pm
• 6.00am – 2.00pm
• 2.00pm – 10.00pm

Locations:

• Eastern Creek
• Kemps Creek
• Erskine Park
• Wetherill Park

Contract Type: Casual contract with full-time hours available.
Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload containers using manual and mechanical equipment
• Ensure all products are secured and stored properly
• Conduct inspections of containers and products for damage.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Collaborate with the team to meet loading and unloading targets.

Requirements:

• Must be over the age of 18
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and form of transport.
• Ability to hold, maintain and/or obtain a forklift licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks – 10-25kgs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay and benefits – Incentivised pay rates (Piece Award Rates). We offer a piece-rate structure, with a minimum base rate of $32.38 per hour. However, since it is a piece award rate structure, you have the potential to earn between $32.38 to $40 per hour, and potentially even more.

• Although you may have a forklift licence, you will be required to manually unload containers if needed. Will you be able to provide that support to the team?
