Duties Include:
- Analyse recipes
- Prepare and cook variety of foods such as breakfast, pizza, pasta, seafood and steak
- Ensure OH&S and hygiene regulations are enforced
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
- Prepare items using different cooking methods
- Multitasking, efficient, ability to manage kitchen and cook/prepare foods individually
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced kitchen
- Must be available for breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts including at least one weekend and public holidays
- Ability to work 8-20 hours per week (Casual position with great hours)
- start right away
- Must have grill (e.g. steak, fish) and pan experience (e.g pastas)
- Must have at least 1 year experience in Italian/Mediterranean cuisine
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
Experience:
- Kitchen: 1 year (Preferred)
